Landmark NSW Real Estate Manager – Phil Rourke

Phil Rourke is NSW Real Estate Manager for Landmark Operations and has 38 years’ agency experience. He is a licensed Stock and Station Agent, Business Agent, Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, and a licensed Valuer in NSW. Phil was judged the winner of the REINSW Award for Excellence in Rural Marketing in 2003. He is also a current director of Landmark Operations Limited.
Phil commenced work for Winchcombe Carson Limited in Sydney in 1971. Since then he has held management positions in a number of locations in both NSW and Victoria, including Yass, Harden, Parkes, West Wyalong, Hay, Melbourne, Albury, Bairnsdale, Sale and Goulburn. He is currently based in Sydney.
Prior to taking up his current role Phil worked as NSW Livestock Marketing Manager. In this position he was responsible for establishing supply management chains and risk management procedures. This included the development of a backgrounding and custom feeding operation in Southern NSW. Over the years Phil has developed a sound knowledge of all types of livestock production and general farming practices in eastern Australia.
Phil has been in his current role as NSW Real Estate Manager since 1999. He is responsible for the management and development of rural and residential business in NSW. Phil has been a registered Rural Property Valuer since 1976 and has prepared numerous valuations for clients in both NSW and Victoria.
Landmark QLD/NT Real Estate Manager – Geoff Hickson

Geoff Hickson has been in his current role as Real Estate Manager for QLD/NT for the past four years. Prior to his appointment as state manager, Geoff was the Real Estate Manager for Southern Queensland. He has many years of agency experience having filled a variety of roles throughout southern and western Queensland. Geoff is a practicing member of the REIQ and has both his Real Estate Licence and Auctioneer’s Licence.
Geoff’s interest in rural property sales comes from his extensive experience in a range of rural industries. He has worked in branch manager positions as well as within the livestock, finance and merchandise sectors.
With 23 years’ experience in the agency business, Geoff has an extensive knowledge of rural activities. He grew up on a large sheep and cattle enterprise at Dirranbandi and later ran his own mixed farming property in northern NSW.
Geoff’s success in the rural industry stems from his prioritisation of client relationships, his management skills focused customer service and his honest approach.
Landmark SA Real Estate Manager – Simon McIntyre

Simon McIntyre is a third generation real estate agent and learned the trade under the guidance of his father, a stock and station agent with 66 years’ experience in the small town of Minyip in the Wimmera.
Simon started with his father in 1977, and later worked for 10 years for Pat Rice and Hawkins, a Melbourne-based rural property sales and marketing company. He then opened his own business in Collins Street with his brother Shane, known as McIntyre Brothers. Simon’s business ran for four years before he was bought out to manage the real estate business of Gippsland & Northern which was purchased by Dalgety in 1992. He was appointed State Manager for the Dalgety organisation in South Australia in 1993 and has held that role ever since. Simon has been a real estate auctioneer since 1978 and is a board member of the Real estate Institute of South Australia. His very broad experience in real estate sales and marketing has allowed him to sell residential real estate through to pastoral country in Broken Hill, Northern South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Landmark Real Estate Sales Manager (VIC, Riverina, TAS) – Michael Teague

Michael Teague has over 20 years of experience on the Land. Michael has previously served on the Pastoral Council of the Victorian Farmers Federation as well as serving on the Wool Council of Australia. Michael has over 15 years experience operating real estate franchises in rural Victoria.

Marc Drexel has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, particularly at the prestige property end of the market.
Marc’s project development and property marketing expertise brings another dimension to the leadership in Landmark’s real estate team. He has been State Sales Manager for Multiplex Living and consulted to WA and international property development clients on both urban and rural projects.
Marc’s management background includes founding Acton Central in partnership, and at the same time serving on the Board of Acton Consolidated. He also co-founded Asset Special Projects, which specialised in prestige property sales, project marketing, property development and real estate consulting.
Marc’s experience supports Landmark’s clients whether they are purchasing a farming property, a family home, a commercial or investment property.
